1. Right click on the left corner of bottom.
2. Find “Computer Management”, and Right click.
3, Left click “ Disk Management”, you will see “ Unknow disk” as below.
4. Right click unknow disk( Not Initialized) to initialize the disk. Click “OK”.
5. Right click “Unallocated disk”, keep going until “ NTFS” option. If you only use this external drives on windows. You can choose” NTFS” and keep going. If you switch the drive between Windows and Mac, Please choose “ Exfat”.
6. After process above .... You will see the external hard drive as “ New Volume. It will work.
